Rimming Machine Series 6500 VSP

The difference between this machine and the entry level is that this machine has a PLC.

This machine is designed for unattended operation. It has a PLC controller that will change the bowl feeder direction to clear jams. If the machine cannot clear itself after two tries it will turn itself off and send a signal to a warning light. Machine has a light to remind user when servicing is necessary. This machine uses changeable bowl feeder exit tracks.

Key Features -

This machine is PLC controlled, not relay logic. The feeders work independently. The machine controls the vibratory tracks that feed it, thus sensing when the bowls are too full. The PLC will stop the tracks for some amount of time, then restart them. Service reminder light. The main motor will stop after 5 minutes if the feeders are not running.

6500 Proof Rimmer

This Rimmer was designed for the proof coin. There are no feeders. The blank floats on an air cushion. The blanks do not touch each other so there is no damage. The rimmer has air tracks on the entrance and exit.
